BDIN has so much information it`s hard to know where to begin ! We have an extensive database of local and national information alongside our library and our own knowledge. The information varies from what we think of as pretty basic such as where to apply for a Blue Parking Badge to how to claim road tax exemption, where the nearest support group for an illness is etc. Of course, no information is really basic - many people go without life changing information because everyone else thinks they must know already!

We also have a `Funder Finder` which is specialised software designed to give you the most appropriate grants for your needs.

Having a disability or being told you have a long term or permanent illness can be hard enough to come to terms with especially if it is a child, with but if you aren`t aware of what help is out there, it can be frustrating, isolating and expensive. We search according to your personal circumstances so rest assured that the information and advice we give is tailor made.

If you`re not sure of what you need, just ring or e-mail us for a general chat. We might think of something that you don`t know about or you might know something that we don`t ! Pass on that information to us so we can tell others. Maybe you have set up a support, social or sports group. You may know of someone who provides a very good service such as a garage or a hairdresser who comes to your home. Let us know and we`ll add the information to our database.
